For the majority of the last sixteen years, Przybylski has focused his work on developing connectivity products and systems for General Motors OnStar subsidiary and Infotainment discipline around the globe. Under his leadership, seven generations of in-vehicle telematics hardware have been launched. Each generation bringing with it additional capabilities to the vehicle including analog, 2G CDMA/GSM and 4G LTE cellular solutions, Turn-by-Turn Navigation, vehicle centric services (remote start, Stolen Vehicle Slowdown, Advanced Crash Response), remote diagnostic emails, enhanced speech recognition and Bluetooth capabilities.

During this time, his teams have adapted the system for use in other global regions such as China, Mexico and Europe, and launched an adaptation of the system as a retail product sold through consumer electronics outlets. In his latest role, he is responsible for future connected Infotainment products, ensuring GM’s global vehicle portfolio will continue to develop compelling and holistic connectivity solutions including GM’s Car-to-Car Communication.

Matt Przybylski is the Director of Global Infotainment and
Telematics for General Motors Company. In this role he manages the design, development and implementation of in-vehicle hardware solutions for Connected Infotainment, OnStar and other government regulated telematics solutions around the globe.
Przybylski holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a master’s of science degree in Engineering Science with a concentration in Technology Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
